List of shopping malls in Texas

The history of shopping malls in Texas began with the second oldest shopping center in the United States, Highland Park Village, which opened in 1931 in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex.[1] The Greater Houston area is home to numerous regional shopping malls and shopping centers located in various areas of the city.

The following is a non-exhaustive list of shopping malls in Texas with a Gross Leasable Area greater than 250,000 sq ft (with the exception of Highland Park Village which is historical in nature):
